Vitamins Vitamins Vitamins

What to do with all of the vitamins out there.  It has been quoted "Americans have the most expensive pee."  I had to chuckle on that one.  Most of the chemically lab formulated vitamins with wax, binders, fillers, preservatives and artificial colors are wasting your money - read the back of a cereal box, you get the 100% RDA without spending the extra bucks.  

If you feel like you need or have been told to take a vitamin or supplement, spend your money on quality that will at least have more of the food co-factors than singling out a vitamin in a lab and putting it in a pill that may or may not dissolve.  Look for WHOLE FOOD vitamins and supplements, and preferably those not heated.  God created foods to be eaten whole with all of it's complete nutrition in each glorious piece, so at least if you are choosing a whole food vitamin and or supplement you get more for your money and your body.

IMHO - One of the best ways to get your nutrients is too eat a wide variety of fresh fruits, veggies, nuts, and seeds. But you knew that already didn't you? (wink)  So now that you know, go and do it!
