Introduction

Thanks for stopping by the Rebuild your Health blog. Sharing my passion for health and wellness is so rewarding when people start rebuilding and improving on their lives. Living foods, fitness, empowerment, reframing old patterns, and dealing with toxic emotions are part of life we deal with. God gave us this great body to use while we are here, so let's keep it clean.
Hosea 4:6 talks of God's people perishing for lack of knowledge. So I hope I can add another resource for you.
Here are some questions to get you thinking:
  • How much do you sleep?
  • How do you feel when you wake up?
  • Do you chew your food?
  • Do you know how much you spend on food? Not just at the grocery store, but soda, pizza, eating out, anything that goes into the “pie -hole”.
  • Do you plan your eating or workout?
  • Do you know how to eat out and make healthy choices? Do you even care?
  • How often are you sick?
  • How much do you eat?
  • Can you say NO to food?
  • How often do you visit the doctor? Or take meds?
  • Do you feel stressed out? When?
  • Do you feel in a hurry when you eat?
  • Are you hungry after watching TV?
  • Do you feel cheated if you get less food?
  • Are you thankful for your food?
  • Do you think “this is my body I will do what I want”?
  • Do you assume you know what you need because some marketing campaign told you so?
